Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm, Monday closed, Tuesday through Thursday 1pm to 8:30pm, Friday by appointment

Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all classes and sessions are booked in advance. Your first step is a 30-minute Orientation where you'll tour the gym, meet the team, and learn how our training works. After that, you can book classes on a flexible schedule that works for you.
